IS&T is aware of intermittent access issues to COVID Pass and COVID Access due to cloud vendor service outages. IS&T and the vendor are investigating to resolve the issue.

Amazon has resolved their service issues and as of 4pm on Wednesday, 11/25 the COVID Pass/Access applications are up and running.

As of 3pm today, some connectivity to the CovidPass site has been restored at this time and we suggest visiting covidpass.mit.edu should you need to attest or download test results. There may be additional delays as Amazon services are restored.

Due to an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage, CovidPass has experienced intermittent disruptions. As of 3pm today, some connectivity to the CovidPass site has been restored at this time and we suggest visiting covidpass.mit.edu should you need to attest or download test results. There may be additional delays as Amazon services are restored.
