Outage Details

On Saturday 30 March, Adobe Connect was updated to version 12.6. Checks indicate that rooms and recordings are available. However, students accessing breakout rooms on a mobile device may see the following error message: 'We are experiencing some issue with the media server.'

This is being investigated by Adobe and should not impact participating in tutorials in the main room.

Additionally, the playback bar for recordings is missing for some mobile users. Whilst you can play a recording you cannot change the playback speed or enable captions. To make use of captions, transcripts and playback speed, students should use a desktop or laptop whilst this issue is being investigated.
