Resolved Git Bridge Maintenance
We are performing some important maintenance on the Git Bridge. It should be back in about 10 minutes.
Resolved Git bridge - server errors and timeouts
We are experiencing timeouts and server errors on the Git Bridge service and are investigating.
Resolved Elevated 'Unable to connect' and other connection errors
Some users are sporadically seeing 'Unable to connect' messages when they try to load the editor, and other connection-related problems in the editor. The underlying problem is that handshakes for websocket connections are failing. We are investigating. Most users have reported that keeping the loading screen open and waiting a bit longer for the editor to load allows them to access affected projects. If the project does not load on its own after a few minutes, please try closing the browser window completely and restarting the browser; this has also helped in some cases.
Resolved Git Bridge returning server errors
We are experiencing issues with the Git Bridge backend database which is causing connections to fail.
Resolved Continued maintenance
Maintenance of the Git Bridge is taking longer than expected. It should be available again within 60 minutes.
