Outage Details
We are currently investigating an issue with passwords/secret-as-a-service links not working for new OS installs.
If you are having issues accessing the password via the link, you can do either as a work around, unitl the issue is fixed.
1.) Looking at the SaaS link, pulling the UUID (numbers separated by dashes) which is after, id= and entering it into the customer API

2.) Install OS with an SSH key set to default

The root issue has been identified and a fix has been put into place. We will continue to monitor the issue to ensure that SaaS doesn't have any further issues.
