We encountered an issue with Cloud NGFW resources hosted on US-East-1, and a few NGFW resources were deleted. Impacted customers have been notified via email using the addresses configured in the onboarding process. We are working diligently with the AWS Firewall Manager team and the impacted customers to recreate the Cloud NGFW resources and endpoints. The next update will be provided by October 13, 2022 03:00 UTC. Please contact the Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW Support Center (LIVE community page) if you are experiencing any issues.
