Resolved Major BACS Submission Error
We are aware of the issue where users are receiving a submission error stating _'The submission with your reference 'number' has been rejected by BACS due to a serious error. No submission report could be created please contact support before re approving the submission.'_ when submitting a file. This is a known issue due to BACS payment service being unavailable. BACS are currently investigating this issue as a priority. We will continue to work with BACS UK and provide an update by 1pm or as soon as possible. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
