Problem identified when signing submission through a smart card

We are aware that some clients are experiencing an issue when trying to submit a file using their smart card. We understand that when using Edge browser users can get to the signing screen, but when they click sign their screen freezes. Sign submission button is grayed but no prompt to enter anything on the Pin Pad. It would appear that this is due to a recent update of Edge browser. As a possible solution we recommend using Chrome. Our developers are investigating the issue with Edge browser and we will provide an update in due course.
