Dear customers, We were able to delimit the issue to a certain network segment and are continuously working to reboot the affected hosts and edge gateways within this part of region DE3 to restore the services. Due to the necessary evacuation of virtual machines on these hosts, there might occur limited temporary performance or availability issues with your services. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
