Resolved Minor Yodlee bank feeds experiencing time out issues
We're sorry to report that Yodlee are currently experiencing problems with their platform, leading to adding and syncing bank feeds timing out. They're aware of the problem and are currently investigating. Apologies for the inconvenience, we'll update here when we know more.
Resolved Minor Salt Edge connections are currently unable to be synced or updated
Salt Edge, our data partner for UK and EU bank feeds, is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. While this is occurring, you'll be unable to sync or authorize any Salt Edge connections in PocketSmith. We'll update here as we know more.
Resolved Minor Bank feed issues affecting some users
We have identified a fault with our upstream provider, Yodlee, which is currently causing intermittent bank feed issues for some users. We are working with them to resolve the issue, and from there we'll work to fix any issues caused as a result.

Yodlee bank feeds are unavailable while they perform schedule maintenance. We expect services to return to normal in about an hour. We'll post more updates as they become available. Sorry for the inconvenience this causes!
Resolved Minor Security notice emails being sent to some ASB Bank users
Some ASB Bank (New Zealand) customers may have received a security notice email warning about a login from the United States of America. These logins are a normal part of the bank feed syncing process, run by our upstream provider Yodlee. The security notices are being sent because of a change Yodlee have made to the location they connect to ASB Bank from. They are currently connecting to ASB from their United States-based cloud, rather than locally from Australia/New Zealand. We are working with Yodlee to revert back to connecting to ASB locally, which should stop the security warning emails from being sent.
