Outage for smartCPQ in our Australia (AU1) cloud region.
Dear customers, PROS monitoring tools detected failures in our Australia (AU1) cloud region. As a result, customers may experience failures when trying to create, open or work with their Catalog / Configurator / Cart / Designer. Starting at approximately 08:30 UTC on 30 August 2023, our hosting provider identified the root cause (utility power surge in the Australia East region tripped a subset of the cooling units offline) and continues applying mitigation actions and monitoring the status of this issue.
