本日12:00頃まで発生しておりました以下の障害が解消したことをお知らせいたします。
■障害内容：エラーが表示されポータル画面が使用できない
■発生日時：2024年2月29日 19時頃～2024年3月1日 12:00頃
なお、本障害はポータル画面のみで発生しており、チケット管理画面などその他の画面に影響はございません。
ご利用者の皆様に大変なご迷惑をおかけいたしましたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
現在Re:lationにて、
「ポータル画面を表示すると赤字のエラーコードが表示される」問題が発生していることを検知しております。
