Resolved Minor Elevated error rates in recommendation services and API
We are seeing an increase in the error rates (1% - 2%) across recommendation and API services. We are investigating the issue. Will post updates as and when we see improvements.
Resolved Minor Analytics section on Production Customer Engagement Console is not functional
The root cause has been linked to an outage with a 3rd Party Tool, Snowflake, that is being used to fetch analytics data. The latest on that is tracked on their statuspage: https://status.snowflake.com/
Resolved Minor Event Processing is running behind
Recently Viewed/ Recently Ordered/ Recently Added To Cart widgets and event monitor will not work for a few more hours. This is because our job for event processing was a bit slow and now is catching up on past events. Things should be back up in about 3 hours, by July 29, 2021, 2 AM PDT. No production SLA is impacted on Search, Recommendations, API, Email or beacon. CEC is functioning like normal. Our Production Analytics will not be impacted since when the jobs finish, the analytics will be caught up and accurate.
