We are aware that the display of offline time data is not currently working on RescueTime website reports. No data will be lost, including data entered today. We are working on the display problem to have it resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Resolved incorrect logging issues
Due to some problems with log processing, users may see incorrect logging of activities for today. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and will post updates of our progress here.
Resolved Server Error
We are aware that users are unable to access RescueTime.com and/or the system is running slow. Our developers are currently investing this issue and we will continue to update as we learn more. Rest assured your data is still tracking.

Resolved Issues with billing
Currently, we are having a problem with our billing provider and it could influence the billing page, and prevents processing upgrades and payments at this time. This billing issue has also caused some of our users to receive a server error on their account. Our developers are currently investigating they believe they have identified the issue and are working on a fix. We don’t have an estimated timeline just yet, but we will keep you updated.

We just wanted to let you know we are aware of the logging issues with the system. We have identified the issue and are working to get it resolved. We will let you know when we have an update.

Current system upgrades may lead to intermittent delays for a bit. We are monitoring this, please note that no data will be lost during this process.
