On 2022-08-02 between 1:00 and 2:00 UTC, Rippling received incorrect background check statuses from Checkr. As a result, Rippling read these changes as updates to employee background check reports and sent notifications accordingly. Checkr's API is now working properly and we will be removing the faulty notifications from Rippling dashboards.
