We've received multiple reports from users on Android devices experiencing an app crash while using iAuditor version 9.19. Our engineers are now aware of the issue and are currently investigating.

We are currently investigating issues with response times in iAuditor in our US region. Our engineering team is investigating.

We have identified the issue to be caused by an outage from one of our service providers. They are in the process of implementing a fix.

Resolved Customers in US Data centre unable to access platform.

We are aware of on ongoing incident whereby customers using the US data centre are unable to access iAuditor via web or mobile device. Thank you for your patience whilst we get this resolved.

Resolved Some users are currently unable to open iAuditor on Android

We're currently investigating an issue with the android iAuditor app crashing on start up that is showing up predominantly on versions 9.6 and 9.7. Our Engineering Team is looking into this issue with urgency. Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing - we’ll post an update as soon as we have any news.

Resolved iOS users experiencing sign-in issues (AU Only)

We are currently investigating an issue where users on iOS are not able to sign-in. Our engineering team are currently investigating.
