The Salesforce Technology team has identified a recent change that appears to have triggered this issue. The team has reverted this change and monitoring is indicating improved performance across Commerce Cloud services. The Salesforce Technology team continues to troubleshoot to restore services as quickly as possible.

At 20:02 UTC on September 21, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team noted a service disruption impacting multiple PODs. Some customers can experience issues impacting cart functions on customer storefronts. The team is exploring multiple paths to resolution.
