We have confirmed that the configuration change resolves the issue and initiated the change process across all impacted instances. The change is expected to complete on USA9004S, USA9010S, USA9012S, USA9016S, USA9018S, USA9022S, USA9024S, USA9404S, USA9406S, USA9904S, USA9906S, USA9916S, and USA9918S within approximately one hour and on USA9006s within approximately three hours.

We’ll provide another update as additional information becomes available.

We have identified the potential trigger for this issue and have implemented a configuration change on one of the impacted instances to determine whether that mitigates the impact. Once we have validated that the impact is resolved on that instance, we will commence with making the change on the remaining instances.

Investigations have highlighted that the impact radius is narrower than initially understood. We will now remove any instances that have not experienced an impact, and these will no longer receive communications about this incident going forward. Impacted instances will continue to be updated. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

On May 6, 2025, at 20:45 UTC, we noted an issue regarding a subset of customers being unable to log into their sandbox environments. We are investigating the trigger for this incident and working to mitigate impact as quickly as possible.
