At 14:37 UTC on April 15, 2026, a feature degradation began impacting Commerce Cloud customers in the North America region. As a result, customers are unable to modify their Content Delivery Network (CDN) configurations via Business Manager. We have confirmed that storefront operations and checkout functionality remain fully operational; this incident only affects the management of CDN settings.

We are addressing an issue with a third-party backend service provider where API requests are currently being rate-limited. Our teams are actively engaged with the vendor to resolve the service disruption and restore full functionality. We will provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
