There’s a performance degradation impacting Tableau Cloud. Tableau engineers are currently working on a solution to resolve user impact. During a performance degradation users can access the Tableau service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We thank you for your patience. Following the rollback, we’re observing signs of improvement in service availability. The issue appears to have been mitigated at 09:33 UTC, and customers may see a recovery when accessing embedded Tableau views.

We’ll continue to monitor the environment to ensure stability before confirming full resolution.

Further investigation highlighted a potential correlation with a recent deployment on the US West 2 region that handles SSO/Authentication for embedded views. We’ve rolled back to a previously stable version. The rollback is complete, and we're monitoring the environment to confirm whether this resolves the issue.

We'll provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner as more information becomes available.

We’re investigating an issue preventing customers from loading embedded Tableau views within the Salesforce Lightning Web component due to a connection failure. Customers may see a ‘The connection was refused’ error.

We're actively analyzing connection flows and logs to identify where the failure is occurring. And will provide an update within 30 minutes or sooner as more information becomes available.
