Issue: At 06:19 UTC on April 14, 2026, we began investigating a performance degradation impacting Triggered Flows for a subset of customers. Impact: Affected customers may experience significantly slower response times (between 10–15 seconds) when creating or updating records via the UI or integration tools, which may lead to concurrent Apex errors during high-volume processing when using various services such as live chat, flows, order intake, or case creation. Additional Information: We have identified a potential trigger related to a recent release and are currently testing a fix in a local environment to restore normal performance levels.

We began a targeted rollback of a recent release on a specific instance to validate it as a path to remediation. While we continue to build and test a permanent fix for the wider fleet, we are evaluating further targeted rollbacks for heavily impacted customers to expedite service restoration.

We successfully completed a rollback of the recent release on a single instance. Following successful validation and confirmation of service restoration on that instance, we have initiated a broader rollback for all instances starting with Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with
targeted rollbacks to continue expedite the service restoration.
