At 20:45 UTC, on 21, September 2023, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of an intermittent performance degradation impacting customers on multiple PODs within the Commerce Cloud production environment. During this time, Storefronts are inaccessible and customers may observe 500 errors intermittently.
Upon investigation, the team determined that a disruption at our third-party Enterprise Content Delivery Network (eCDN) provider is the potential trigger of the issue. We are currently engaging the third-party provider to investigate further.
