At 13:40 UTC, on January 4, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team noted a performance degradation impacting customers on the GBR2s instance. Customers may not be able to save APEX classes. The technology team believes that the high CPU usage is the potential trigger of the issue at the database tier. The Technology team is currently working on the mitigation steps.
