Incident in Expense on EU2

In the EU2 Data Center, submitting expense reports through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected levels.
Users might have experienced an error message: “This report contains one or more errors, which must be corrected before submitting the report.”. Additionally, creating and submitting Invoices through Invoice Capture was unavailable.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the EU2 Data Center, submitting expense reports through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app is below expected levels. Users may experience an error message: “This report contains one or more errors, which must be corrected before submitting the report.” Additionally, creating and submitting Invoices through Invoice capture is currently unavailable. The Incident Response Team (IRT) is investigating the issue. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner, should a significant change occur.
