Incident in Invoice on US2, EU2

In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, Concur Invoice Capture processing was 75% below expected level. Customers who send invoices to the Invoice Capture service via email were experiencing delays. Affected users may have observed delays or failures in email delivery resulting in invoices not appearing on the Invoice Capture page. A workaround for this issue was not identified during service disruption.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
