In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, Sabre hotel bookings through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were approximately 75% below expected level. Affected users may have encountered the following error after populating hotel search criteria and clicking the Search Hotels button, “Please reload the page and try again.” A workaround for this issue was not identified during service degradation. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
