We had a 2-hour gap in scheduling batch computed traits and audiences. No data was lost and all updates will be picked up during the next scheduled sync.

Resolved Personas Realtime Sync Delays

We are investigating an issue causing up to one-hour delays in syncing of realtime computed trait and audience data to external integrations. Computations are updating onto the profile API in realtime. No data has been lost.

Resolved Contact Form Errors

We are investigating an issue with our in-app Contact Support form which is causing Zendesk ticket creation failures when logging a ticket on https://app.segment.com/workspaces?contact=1. In order to log a ticket with our Support team please select a workspace from https://app.segment.com/workspaces, once you have landed on the overview page you may then select Contact Support under your user menu on the top right.
