Resolved CDN Outage
Due to an outage with our CDN provider users may experience errors with loading our Web interface.
Resolved Delays in Event Processing
We have identified issues in our event processing pipeline. The event processing is currently delayed.
Resolved Events Being Rejected
Starting at approximately 5:45 PM UTC, some events began being rejected upon reaching Sentry. The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Resolved Subscription and Billing Temporarily Unavailable
There was an issue with our billing system and customers could not sign up for trial or change their subscription plan, starting at 3:00am PST.
Resolved Increased Frequency in Error Rate
Due to a hardware failure in a critical system, we are seeing an increased amount of errors returned by our API. We have mitigated the issue and are monitoring the problematic system.
