Outage Details

From 9:20 PM to 9:33 PM CET, we experienced a significant slowdown on our REST API due to a database issue. The root cause have been identified and mitigated quickly by our DevOps team. After the complete recovery of the service the engineering team started to implement a solution to prevent further occurrences of the issue. We understand this service issue has impacted many of our customers and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
