Outage Details

We are currently observing issues with our Conversation API. Impact: Clients are unable to set up new Conversation API channels for Instagram and Facebook Messenger. It is only newly configured channels that is affected, existing channels are not affected by this issue. We are working on resolving this issue and will provide further updates.

Services have now been restored. Newly configured channels for Instagram and Facebook Messenger can now be set up normally.
