Partial outage of Publisher: TikTok data-connection disruption, Publishing and Renew malfunction
TikTok is currently facing a problem with their API. This will cause the TikTok connections to expire and the renew process will not work. This issue also applies to TikTok publishing. We are in contact with TikTok to resolve the issue as soon as possible We apologize for the inconvenience and will post another update as soon as we learn more.

IG Ad content partially unavailable
Due to recent changes in the Facebook API regarding ads permissions, users will notice IG comments related ads and boosted posts will be unavailable in Community until this issue is resolved. We are already working on a solution to correct this and will share more as we progress.

Author IDs of Facebook Comments unavailable

Instagram Content delay due to Facebook API bug
Due to a bug on the Facebook API, which started on September 2nd at 1:30 PM CET, expect all Instagram content to appear delayed. However, we will be able to fetch all the missing data as soon as Facebook resolves its issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It's not currently possible to add public Facebook pages
Due to Facebook API bug it's not currently possible to start monitoring public Facebook profiles. During the validation process users face the "Unexpected error" status. We are in touch with Facebook regarding the issue and monitoring it closely. Please note that adding (connecting) private profiles is fortunately not affected.
