Resolved It's not currently possible to add public Facebook pages

Due to Facebook API bug it's not currently possible to start monitoring public Facebook profiles. During the validation process users face the "Unexpected error" status. We are in touch with Facebook regarding the issue and monitoring it closely. Please note that adding (connecting) private profiles is fortunately not affected.

Resolved Degraded performance due to Facebook API bug

Due to a bug on Facebook API, we are experiencing some inconsistencies in the data. Known impacts are limiting the the ability to like, reply, change status to some incoming content (in Community) and view the correct content on the native platform (in Community, Analytics and Content Hub). We are investigating more into this issue to understand the full impact and monitor the resolution progress of the issue on Facebook side. We'll share an update as soon as we know more.

Resolved Instagram Mentions API outage

Due to an outage on the Facebook API, we are experiencing some issues in downloading Instagram Mentions. Since Saturday, April 24th, up to 83% of the Instagram Mentions can't be downloaded. However, we should be able to recover all the missing data as soon as the Facebook API is operational again. We are waiting for updates from Facebook and we will keep you posted on the progress.

Resolved Partial outage of Community: Messages come with the delay

We are facing a technical issue in Community – Comments and direct messages from all the social networks are appearing in the feeds with a significant delay (up to 2h). We are working on the solution right now and. We expect that everything will be back to normality by tomorrow morning (CET). We will post another update as soon as the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Resolved Socialbakers Suite is not responding/loading to new users

The Socialbakers Suite stopped loading and responding. The problem was because Dashboard’s DB, which got under load. Unfortunately, the same DB is responsible for establishing new (client’s connections), so the whole ecosystem got overwhelmed. All newly connected client sockets were unable to finish authentication because of timeouts. This resulted in Socialbakers Suite as a whole to be inaccessible to most of the new connections for the duration of the outage.
