Resolved Partial outage of Community: Messages come with the delay

We are facing a technical issue in Community – Comments and direct messages from all the social networks are appearing in the feeds with a significant delay (up to 2h). We are working on the solution right now and. We expect that everything will be back to normality by tomorrow morning (CET). We will post another update as soon as the issue has been resolved. Resolved Socialbakers Suite is not responding/loading to new users

The Socialbakers Suite stopped loading and responding. The problem was because Dashboard’s DB, which got under load. Unfortunately, the same DB is responsible for establishing new (client’s connections), so the whole ecosystem got overwhelmed. All newly connected client sockets were unable to finish authentication because of timeouts. This resulted in Socialbakers Suite as a whole to be inaccessible to most of the new connections for the duration of the outage.

Resolved Facebook API is overloaded at the moment. Many scheduled posts and comments are not being published.

Facebook is currently facing an issue with their API. This causes that the facebook posts scheduled in Publisher and comments in Community are currently not publishing. The attempts to contact the FB API ends with an error message 'Facebook API is overloaded at the moment'. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post another update as soon as we learn more.

Resolved Partial outage of Community: Failures in replying to direct messages

Due to a bug in the API of Facebook, we are currently experiencing an issue that may affect your ability to reply to direct messages in the Community section. We are in contact with Facebook and waiting for the fix on their side. We will update you as soon as the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Resolved Partial outage of Community: Missing Tweets

We have experienced an issue which should have affected your ability to receive Tweets in the Community section from 2020.10.13 11:06 UTC+2 to 2020.10.14 12:41 UTC+2. We are working on the solution right now and will update you as soon as the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Resolved It's not possible to log into Socialbakers Suite via Facebook login

Users are currently unable to use Facebook login to access Suite. The problem is caused by Facebook bug and according to FB developers it's being resolved as we speak - https://developers.facebook.com/status/issues/817076795498952/ Thank you for your patience!

Resolved Partial outage of Community: Tweets not coming in real-time

We are currently experiencing issues with Community. Due to a limit of calls to the Twitter API, Community is prevented from downloading all the tweets in real-time. Some of these tweets might not be downloaded and shown in Suite until tomorrow. We are working on the solution right now and will post an update as soon as the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Resolved Partial outage of Publisher: Scheduled posts containing mentions are not being published

Facebook is currently facing an issue with their API. This causes that the posts containing mentions scheduled in Publisher are currently not publishing. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post another update as soon as we learn more.

Resolved Instagram posts are not publishing

Instagram Publishing is currently affected. Due to a problem on Facebook's side, all posts that you have scheduled for Instagram are currently not publishing. Facebook has identified the issue and is working on the fix. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Socialbakers Product Team.

Resolved Facebook Publishing Affected: Photo posts do not show in the Newsfeed

Publishing of Facebook posts may be affected. Facebook is currently running into an issue when some of the photo posts do not appear in the Newsfeed of Facebook users. Instead, photos are only shown in the Photos section of your Page. Facebook has identified the issue and is working on the fix.
