This incident impacts a limited number of sellers. While our team is working to resolve it as soon as possible, we suggest the following workaround for any seller who is experiencing printer disconnection:
1. Recreate printer station settings by going to Settings ->Hardware -> Printers. You can view failed print jobs in Settings -> Hardware and reprint once you recreate and are connected to the printer again.
2. If you are having issues connecting to a printer in a kitchen environment and you are using iOS devices, please try Static IP.
