Our team issued a fix for the disruption that was preventing Sellers from refunding in-person JCB, Discover, and Diners Club transactions that occurred after 03:45 AM (JST) on Thursday, April 25th, 2024. We are monitoring the fix as we see that returns are beginning to process normally.

Our team is actively working to address a disruption preventing Sellers from refunding in-person JCB, Discover, and Diners Club transactions that occurred after 03:45 AM (JST) on Thursday, April 25th, 2024. Transactions processed with other payment methods can be refunded normally. At this time, Payment Acceptance is unaffected by this disruption.
