Square Support hours have returned to normal. You can reach the team by calling 1800 760 137, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Melbourne time.
Please be aware that due to the ANZAC Day public holiday, Wednesday balance transfers will be delayed. If you need immediate access to your Square Balance, Instant Transfers are available for a 1.5% fee.
Square Support will be closed for the ANZAC Day public holiday on Wednesday, April 25th and will reopen on Friday, April 26th. Sellers eligible for 24/7 phone support can still access this service using their customer code when calling 1800 760 137.
