Our team is investigating reports of issues with Sunshine Conversations. The unexpected error message is "User has opted to block further messages" This issue could impact either Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp integrations. We will provide more details as our investigation moves forward.

Degraded WhatsApp message delivery
We have been advised by the WhatsApp team that they've noticed the same issues from our previous incident reoccurring. They are investigating.

We are investigating reports of some customers being unable to send WhatsApp messages. Some users may also see error messages indicating that they are outside of their 24-hour response window before 24 hours have passed. WhatsApp media messages failing
We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting inbound WhatsApp media messages. Customers may see delays in the receipt of these messages, possibly receiving 429 error codes. Please note this is only affecting media messages; other messaging is functioning as expected. We have identified the start time of the issue is 12:35 UTC or 8:35 AM ET. We are continuing to troubleshoot the issue and will provide additional updates as we gather more information.
