Zendesk is having issues with the app framework especially around manipulating ticket fields. Most apps use this and will be affected. Please disable any problematic apps until resolved by Zendesk. Apologies for the trouble, we are in touch with Zendesk to get this resolved.

Some customers have reported that apps are disappearing, we are actively investigating. If you are seeing an error that you cannot submit your Zendesk ticket please disable the Field Condition app for the moment.

Some webhook server requests are taking a long time to run due to a slow database query. We will be carrying out some emergency maintenance on the database soon to resolve this. Apps will become unavailable during this time, we apologise for the inconvenience. We'll do our best to keep the outage duration to a minimum.
