We are currently experiencing an outage around wire transmission as a result of an incident at our banking partner. We are escalating communications to see if there is any work around for this outage, but it is our understanding that this incident is related to our partner's vendor and options may be limited. We experienced degraded performances with our subnet services between approximately 7:00 PM PDT to 9:00 PM PDT. The scope included degradation of subnet API calls with an impact of degradation on card performance. The issue has been mitigated. Our team is currently investigating the root cause.
