Tableau Engineers are investigating an issue within Tableau Cloud pods ew1a, pdukaa, 10az, uw2b, and pdcaaa that may be causing an impact for our users. Recently modified published data source with extracts may present an error when used in desktop. As a workaround you can use these published data sources from workbook web authoring.
