Tableau Performance Degradation

We are performing rolling restarts of impacted services to resolve the issue. Performance levels appear to have returned to normal on United States - East - (prod-useast-b) where rolling restarts have been completed. Rolling restarts have been initiated on United States - East - (useast-1) as well. We’re also exploring capacity increases to improve resource utilization.

Customers may experience failed login attempts, higher-than-average page load times, and delays when performing search queries. The team is actively exploring multiple strategies to mitigate the issue and restore services as quickly as possible.
