We are aware of an issue that impacted Tableau Cloud between 19:10 - 19:35 UTC. During that time, some users may have been unable to log in or may have seen 500 errors when attempting to log in. The impact has currently ceased, but we are actively investigating the technical trigger and taking the appropriate actions to prevent future impact.
