Since our last update, we have observed merchants that had previously been experiencing syncing issues have returned to normal operation, and this incident is resolved.

Our engineering team has identified an issue due to a 3rd Party Service causing some merchants to experience syncing issues on the POS & degraded performance or offline mode.
