Customers utilizing First Data infrastructure for credit card processing may experience delays in capturing authorizations or may be operating in offline mode. Upserve Engineering has received reports of some venues unable to accept Online Orders or other symptomatic behaviors such as Offline Mode. Resolved Support Toll Free Number
The Upserve phone support toll free number is currently unavailable due to a problem our third party phone system partner is experiencing. The Upserve platform remains 100% fully functional and is operating normally. Our technical operations team is working with our third party phone provider to resolve their issue. Resolved Amazon Web Services Outage
The Upserve Engineering team has identified an issue related to an ongoing outage at Amazon Web Services. Some customers may be experiencing delays in synchronization with remote services including online ordering and point of sale terminals.
