This is an after-the-fact notification to inform that VMware Monitoring had identified a PGDB connectivity issue on Horizon Cloud on Azure pods hosted in your subscript in Azure EAST US 2 region . All alerts are now recovered. Few customers having their Horizon Cloud on Azure Pods in East US 2 region might have observed a slight disruption in services between 14:30 UTC and 15:30 UTC. We are investigating this issue further with Microsoft Azure Team. Service reliability is a top priority at Horizon Cloud and we are making continuous improvements to better our systems.
