Resolved Email Disappearing in My Volusion
We are currently investigating an issue where email account details are missing within My Volusion's Manage Email page. Customers using our mail service will not be able to create new accounts or manage new ones at this moment. Existing email accounts should still be operational.
Resolved RackSpace Mail Outage
We are currently investigating an issue where users of our mail service are not able to log in and access their email. We are discussing this issue with our mail hosting partner RackSpace and will update this page as we make progress on the issue.
Resolved Investigating Checkout Issues
We are currently investigating an issue where some customers may not be able to place orders on Volusion stores. We have been alerted to this issue on many storefronts, although stores using Premium Checkout should not be affected.
Resolved Intermittent Payment Processing Errors
We are currently investigating an issue where orders will intermittently encounter this error message: "Gateway Response: An error occurred while trying to process this transaction. Please try again. If this error persists, please contact us. For further inquiries please contact your gateway." This error is occurring at random intervals and does not affect all orders. If an order has this error, we recommend checking with the payment gateway to confirm if payment was successful or not, and the order can be processed manually if needed.
Resolved CDN Service Disruption
We are currently investigating an issue where product images are not loading for some stores. Some images using our CDN are producing an error and failing to load, so we recommend that any stores affected by this issue disable the CDN in Settings > Maintenance while we investigate this issue.
