Resolved Volusion.com Domain Issue
We are experiencing an issue with volusion.com domain, which will affect all subdomians associated with the volusion.com. This willl affect any services that are a subdomian of volusion.com.
Resolved Severe weather

Resolved Issues Logging in to My Volusion
We are currently investigating an issue where users cannot reach My Volusion by going to our website. If you try to log in at https://www.volusion.com/login and the login fails, then we recommend you try to log in at https://my.volusion.com instead, and that should work while we investigate the issue.
Resolved Phishing SSL/TLS Certificate Error Email
Several merchants have reported receiving emails regarding errors with their SSL/TLS certificate and are being asked to log into their Volusion Store Control Panel to resolve the issue. These emails have been identified as phishing emails. Volusion's SSL certificate process is an automated process and merchants will never receive emails from Volusion requesting clicking on a link, or logging into to you're Volusion Store Control Panel. Do not click on any links in the email, or login with your credentials to the site directed by the email. Current reported emails have included different subjects e.g. "Critical Security Error - domain.com" or "TLS Error on domain.com" or "domain.com - Security Error" but all have similar content and a "Start the update process" link that points to a Russian domain certificate-domainsystem.com. Volusion will never email merchants to address SSL/TLS certificate errors, or request they click on a link to login to address an error.
Resolved Phone System Issue
We are currently experiencing some technical issues with our phone system. If you are in need of technical assistance, please start a chat with us from your admin dashboard by hovering over 'get help' in the upper right corner. We will provide an update once the issue has been resolved.
Resolved Company Wide Meeting
We are hosting a company-wide meeting between 9:15am CST to 10:45am CST. During this time our phone services will be unavailable however our In-app messenger will remain active. We appreciate your patience along with providing us the ability to meet as a team.
Resolved Department Wide Meeting
Our Support department will be attending a Department Wide meeting this afternoon and due to this our phone queues will be closed from 2:45pm CST to 4:15pm CST on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020. Our Live chat platform will remain open for the duration of the meeting. Thank you for your understanding.
Resolved Amazon Order Integration Service Down
An issue has been identified with our Amazon service and we are working to get the service operational. During this time while you are taking orders in Amazon, those Amazon orders will not appear in your admin dashboard until the issue has been resolved. Once service is restored, new orders may take some time to appear in stores as orders begin to process.
Resolved Payment Processing Error 4001.121
We are currently investigating an issue where attempting to capture payment will result in an error code 4001.121. This issue does not appear to affect all orders, and payment can be captured on affected orders by simply trying to capture again. We will update this status page as we make progress on this issue.
Resolved Fraud Score Insights not displaying on Orders Page
We are Currently Investigating an issue where Fraud Score is not displaying on the Orders Page. Currently the Fraud score is displaying on the orders list view and is accessible via the URL domain.com/admin/FraudInsightDetails.asp?ID=OrderID
