Currently Mobile Protection 23.3 for Android does not allow user to disable VPN or add applications to bypass the VPN.
We're in the midst of identifying the issue and working towards fixing it.

We released WithSecure Mobile Protection 23.4 to Google Play. The app is currently under review by Google and we expect Google to make it available to all users in the next 24 hours.
