[CLOUDGOUV-EU-WEST-1] Incident OOS

The adjustments and balancing of workloads on the S3 gateways carried out on 21/05 mitigated the problem.

The latencies observed remain stable. Active monitoring of the platform is still in progress.

We are seeing contained increases in latency over short periods. Outside of these periods, the platform is operating normally. We are continuing to monitor.

Latency improvements early from this afternoon on Put and Get actions.
Latency improvements from 2PM on Listing actions.
Overall performances are back to normal levels.
We are continuing to monitor.
