L’incident affectant notre plateforme Zendesk a été entièrement résolu. Les services sont de nouveau opérationnels et vous pouvez à présent créer des tickets normalement par les canaux habituels.

The issue affecting our Zendesk platform has been fully resolved. All services are now operational again, and you can once more create tickets normally through the usual channels.
