AARNet’s operations engineers are continuing to investigate the root cause. Our monitoring system indicates ongoing service recovery however, the service remains in a hazardous state while the fault investigation is in progress.

AARNet has detected an outage impacting Victorian customers. The root cause is unknown at this stage however investigation is underway. Further updates will be provided as soon as more information is available.
