Microsoft has completed the rollback on their platform and Abnormal remediation services have recovered. Abnormal engineers are now working to reprocess messages that were impacted during the service disruption, which is expected to take several hours to complete. Abnormal will monitor the reprocessing and a final note will be sent out once this completes.
