Beginning at 8:51am ET on Monday, October 20th, the Sageworks application became unavailable due to a global outage with service provider, Amazon Web Services. This impacts internal Sageworks pages and external borrower portal pages. Our teams are actively working with the provider to restore access as soon as possible, and will provide updates when possible.

All services fully restored as of 6:53 PM EST 20 October night after AWS outage resolution.
Impact: No further interruptions; systems operating normally.

Abrigo Connect
Full functionality restored at 4:46 AM EST 21 October following AWS outage recovery.
Impact: Intermittent issues resolved; systems back to normal operation.

As of 6:00 PM ET, access has been restored to the Sageworks application for all solutions with the exception of Automation Flows and Decision Models. These solutions continue to be impacted by the Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage.

Abrigo Connect is experiencing connectivity issues due to the ongoing AWS global outage. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as available.

The team continues to monitor for AWS updates and work to restore access to the remaining solutions.

Current Status:

Identified - As of 11:30 AM, the majority of core capabilities within Sageworks Analyst are restored. There are still ongoing AWS Global Outage issues preventing full recovery which may result in degraded performance to the following services: Dynamic Application, Automation Flows, and Decision Models. Users may also notice intermittent loading issues with the left-hand navigation bar.

As of 11:30 AM, the core capabilities within Sageworks Analyst are restored. There are still ongoing AWS Global Outage issues preventing full recovery which may result in degraded performance to the following services:

Not Loading:
- Dynamic Application:
- The portal itself is up
- Applications themselves (Formio pages) may have residual effects loading
- Small Business Lending:
-Camunda pages and processes are not loading (3rd-party calls to Camunda which is also experiencing issues)

Intermittent Issues:
- Left navigation bar is intermittently working
