Abrigo's identity service (AbrigoID) became inaccessible on September 21, 2026, blocking new logins across multiple platforms including BAM+, Construct, DiCOM Loan Review, Sageworks Analyst, and Sageworks API, while users already logged in could continue working. Following restoration of AbrigoID, residual issues including login failures, navigation problems, and general latency persisted into September 22, traced to a recent September release update. The September release was fully rolled back to the August version by September 23, resolving all issues, with the September enhancements to be re-released at a future date.
